The D1 Revolution continued to heat the bats up Friday.

In U16 action, the Revolution hosted a double-header against the Brantford Bobcats  in Sweaburg and kept the bats hot.

In game 1 the Revolution hammered out a 16-0 win.

Chloe Hocquard led things off in the pitcher’s circle lasting all four innings, allowing one hit and zero runs while striking out six.

Offensively, Torie Windle and Brooke Seifried each had multiple hits in the game and went 2-for-3 at the plate. Karlee Curran would walk it off with a double in the bottom of the fourth inning.

In Game 2, the bats continued to roll in a 19-4 win.

Sunday, the 4-0 U16 Revolution were supposed to host the LaSalle Athletics in their first Provincial Women’s Softball Association bracket game. Unfortunately the rain washed that out and will be rescheduled.
