It certainly isn’t a long commute for Nathan Bles to get to Gopher Dunes. And that familiarity showed on Sunday during the Amateur Motocross Ontario Racing Reloaded series race #3.

We missed it so much watching this seems like it’s going to fast, or is it slow?.. Good thing we have @waltonraceway coming up…Caught by the amazing eye of @watlingvisuals

Riding in the two stroke 12 and over 125-150cc class, Bles, from Clear Creek won both motos to take the top spot in his class.

Bles was certainly not the only local to have a good day on the sandy course at Gopher Dunes.

In the girls 9-16 division, Courtland’s Brandy McLarity won the first moto and was third in the other to finish in second place.

Liam O’Farrell, from Paris took both motos and the win in the veterans 30A intermediate/pro class, while AJ Snively, from St. Williams came in second place in the veterans 30B beginner/junior race.

In the youth 14-29 beginner/junior division, Brantford’s Carson Couture placed second after two motos.

Simcoe’s Spencer Deleye had a great day at the track, competing in a couple of divisions. A pair of second-place finishes in both motos, gave him the top spot in the Open junior division. He also placed third in the 250 junior class.

In the 65cc GP 7-11 division, Mason Snively, from St. Williams was very consistent placing third in both motos to earn third place overall.

Waterford’s Cody Meatherall rode his way to a first place finish in the 50cc GP 4-8 division thanks to a first and fourth place finish. He also raced in the 50cc 7-8 class, and earned a third-place finish thanks to finishing second and fourth in the two motos.

In 50cc 4-6 action, Austin Kukielka, from Vanessa finished second in both motos to earn third spot on the podium.
